Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order is processed, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship via USPS with the following options:

 

Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days

Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package's delivery status.

 

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the timeframe stated above, please contact us at team@evolvelabs.store with:

- Order number

- Photos of damage (if applicable)

- Tracking details
